Like a honey scent, acacia flowers intermingle with sweet notes of virgin syrup, vanilla and custard flan, on a background of lightly toasted wood and salted butter caramel.

Palate

Balance :
Fairly rich, with subtle wood notes that add power and provide a long finish.

Aromas :
This wood with its salted butter caramel aromas comes through on the palate as well as on the nose, followed by the same notes with a fruity touch (pear, mombin plum...) and toasty notes of green coffee.
