A smooth VSOP with delicate complexity. To be discovered in several tastings, which will successively reveal the effect of ageing on the raw material.

Nose

Balance :
Fairly intense, with discreet alcohol.

Aromas :
Refined, with vanilla wood, sweet and floral notes (acacia, honey), and stewed fruits (plum, pear), finishing with a slight toasted touch.

Palate

Balance :
Rich, with wood in the background, offering good strength and a long finish.

Aromas :
The aromas perceptible on the nose come out on the palate, gradually revealing salted butter, pastry smells, and then the aging of the raw material with its coffee and mushroom scents.
